Hi, I’m Michael Hassan, and I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals—not just physically, but mentally too. My journey has been anything but smooth, and I believe that makes me uniquely equipped to understand and support others.
I’ve been overweight twice in my life. In high school, I reached 350 pounds. At 17, I decided to take control of my life. With a year of unwavering dedication and hard work, I lost 110 pounds and was fortunate enough to undergo skin removal surgery which was a milestone that changed my life.
But life has a way of testing us. By the time I was 27, I had gained back 220 pounds, reaching 460 pounds. It wasn’t just about the weight—it was the mental and emotional battles I faced daily. I realized that while I knew how to physically lose weight, I hadn’t prepared myself mentally for the challenges of maintaining my health. My relationship with food was a major part of the problem, and I had to confront that truth head-on.
Through this journey, I’ve learned that true transformation isn’t just about diets or workouts—it’s about reshaping how we think, feel, and connect with ourselves. That’s why I’m here, to guide you not just to a healthier body but to a healthier mindset as well.
I’ve been where you are. I know the struggles, the setbacks, and the small victories that make it all worth it. Together, we’ll work to make your goals a reality—one step, one choice, and one day at a time.
To inspire and support as many people as possible in achieving their health and fitness goals by sharing my journey, experiences, and lessons learned through hard work and dedication. My vision is to empower others to overcome their challenges and unlock their full potential.
My mission is to provide personalized fitness and nutrition guidance rooted in empathy and experience. By combining practical tools, emotional support, and a deep understanding of the mental and physical challenges of transformation, I aim to help individuals build sustainable habits, achieve their goals, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
